Shipping & Returns

♥ All orders are shipped out of our little studio in Bali, Indonesia.

♥ As a small team, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders.

♥ We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express within 3-5 business days. Some countries may experience delays due to customs and local postal services.

♥ Please ensure that your delivery details are correct as once it's delivered, we won't be able to make any changes. We won't be liable for any delivery issues incurred from an incorrect address.

♥ Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment’s progress. You can track your package directly through the DHL website or mobile app using the tracking number provided.

♥ We love the holiday season just as much as you do! This means that order processing and delivery times may be longer than usual as we navigate order volumes. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these peak times. 

♥ All international orders are shipped with DHL express.

♥ Each order will be charged a flat rate of $20 for standard shipping and $25 for express shipping.

♥ Depending on where you are, your order will arrive in:

Australia
1-2 business days.

Asia
2-3 business days.

US
3-4 business days.

♥ Please note that for international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the buyer.

♥ These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, as they vary from country to country. Your local customs office may contact you directly for payment before your parcel can be delivered.

♥ We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information about potential charges before placing your order.

♥ If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, the return shipping costs and any related charges may be deducted from your refund.

♥ We offer free shipping for all orders delivered to Indonesia!

♥ Orders will arrive 1-2 business days after your order has been processed and confirmed.

Sometimes, it's just not meant to be and it can get a little tough. As a little brand operating in Bali, logistics can get a little difficult especially with import duties and taxes. We've outlined our returns policy below depending on where you are: 

Indonesia

♥ Item must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Returns can only be processed within 7 days after the order was received.

♥ We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed, or altered. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept returns of items with makeup stains or perfume smells.

♥ Video proof upon unboxing is required to process these claims. Returns are not accepted on sale items or goods purchased with a discount code.

♥ The shipping fees for returning your item to our warehouse are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer pre-paid return labels.

International

We wish that the world wasn't divided by the ocean, borders, tariffs and policies. However, due to complications with international shipping, duties and taxes all international orders are final.

♥ If you received a faulty/incorrect item kindly email us with details of your order along with images of the order. We will assess the situation and get back to you as soon as possible!
